Our shipping process can generally be separated into two main parts:


PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, product packaging, and dispatch.
Due to the high order volume, our current processing time is 1–3 business days.


SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time refers to the period from when your order has been shipped to when it arrives at your doorstep.

We operate from multiple warehouses worldwide.
All orders within the continental United States are typically shipped from our U.S. warehouse, while international orders are dispatched from one of our global fulfillment centers, depending on which is closest to your location.

If our U.S. warehouse is temporarily out of stock for a particular item, your order may be shipped from the nearest available international warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Our current average shipping time ranges between 5–15 business days, based on the most recent 500 orders. This average is provided to ensure complete transparency with our customers.

All orders include tracking numbers with live status updates. Tracking information is sent to you via email within 24–72 hours after your order has been shipped.
